Developed in collaboration with California First Partner Jennifer Siebel Newsom, this exhibit features trailblazing California women and encourages visitors to reflect on women’s history in California. Documentary film shorts, music stations with feminist anthems from different eras, and interactive exhibits spark discussion about what the word “feminism” means and ways in which gender is codified in our language.
